Commercial Personal Computer Service Agreement

In consideration of the sum listed below, it is understood by both the business owner and 2WiseGuys PC Repair that business owner is entitled and will receive the following provisions of this Commercial PC Service Agreement.

1) 4 Scheduled calls per year, with interior cleaning of PC with each call.
2) Prompt emergency service during normal working hours.
3) Prompt after-hours calls, no overtime charge.

Customer agrees to grant access to computers at least every 3 months for maintenance for 1 year. Fees will be $55.00 per hour on all computers. If customer cancels this agreement, service will be at $65.00 per hr. Also a cancellation fee of $220.00 will be charged.

Items covered under this agreement include:
Cleaning interior of PC, checking capacitors for damage, check condition of CPU cooling system, cleaning of the keyboard and mouse, check condition of surge protector, disk clean-up, check on condition of anti-virus software.
Parts are not covered under this agreement.
We will relay any problems found and give you the options available for repair.
More hours may be purchased.
This agreement will keep you at our low rate of $55.00 an hour, we have raised our rates to $65.00hr due to cost of gas and changes in technology.. This covers maintenance and emergency service calls.
This agreement supersedes all older agreements.
